GRéco features a Biomimetic Core that autonomously recreates a powerful attractant signal by combining CO₂, heat, and humidity from the surrounding air. The result is outstanding mosquito attraction and capture, with coverage of up to 60 meters in diameter. GRéco works where conventional solutions fall short, attracting and trapping mosquitoes before gradually reducing their presence across the entire property.

To attract female mosquitoes over long distances, the most effective approach is to reproduce the key signals they associate with human presence, especially the carbon dioxide (CO₂) released through breathing. Is the mosquito trap effective against all mosquito species?
GRéco attracts only female mosquitoes when they are looking for a blood meal before laying eggs. It is designed to be effective against all mosquito species, including tiger mosquitoes and common mosquitoes.
What is a mosquito trap?
A mosquito trap is a device designed to capture female mosquitoes at scale by reproducing the human signals they naturally seek, including CO₂, pheromones, heat, and humidity.
Can GRéco© be used indoors?
No. GRéco is designed for outdoor installation only and should be placed at least 15 meters away from occupied areas. It is best suited to large outdoor spaces, typically properties over 2,000 m².
Can the mosquito trap be used year-round?
For best results, we recommend using it as long as possible, ideally from one month before mosquito season begins until one month after it ends. During the winter, the unit should be stored in a dry, temperature-controlled environment.
Is the mosquito trap environmentally friendly?
GRéco does not use gas bottles or chemical processes to produce CO₂. Instead, it captures it directly from the surrounding air, making it a more environmentally responsible approach.
Does the unit require a 220V power connection?
Yes. It must be connected to a 220V power source to operate.
What does a GRéco© mosquito trap cost?
Pricing starts at €300 per month, depending on the model, technology, and included services such as installation, connectivity, and maintenance. GRéco will also be available for purchase beginning with the 2027 season.
